If you are looking for a good deal, and a solid investment - you might want to look this way.
Opportunity abounds in the current marketplace. While most sit on the sidelines, perhaps awaiting the result of the election, perhaps watching the news, or just the Smiths following the Jones to nowhere, the brave are scarce
I have heard that investing contrarily is intelligent. This was a blurb on the radio that caught my attention. I have heard it called "paralysis through analysis".
I have heard it called a couple other things as well.
I also note that I have observed fear to prevent greatness time after time again. Whether it is doubting that gut feeling, or holding back a correct answer.....
The Cape May County Herald, a local paper, has a great article in the August 13th issue mentioning Avalon being placed in the September edition of National Geographic Adventure Magazine as "One of the top 50 places to live, and one of the next 50 great adventure towns" The article goes on to state that " ...this year we selected 50 innovative towns that aren't just prime relocation spots right now, but smart choices for the future.Not only do they have the action. They've got a plan".
